Sounds a little high for my neighborhood. Sounds like an extra grand is in somebodys pocket. $4300.00 sounds more like it. And that would include air elimination(like a B&G EAS or a Spirotherm Spirovent) and isolation valves everywhere. If there are multiple zones, a few extra zone valves or an extra circulator may run up the price, but $5300.00 sounds a little bit high but not an uncommon bid. If you're willing to pay it,someone will be willing to take it. Shop around. Good Luck.
