We have an American Radiator heating system circa 1930 converted to natural gas. It has what looks to be an asbestos refractory that needs replacing. My heater guy who is not boiler proficent can not find same and has suggested we have a sheet metal one fabricated. I told him not to do anything till I talked to someone who knew boilers. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
