The TACO 007 is frequently used. There is not much savings to just buying the cartridge, although replacement requires removing the four bolts on the casting and slipping the new cartridge with gasket into the cleaned shell. It is not much more to buy a whole circulator and warranteed.
Baseboard in an area is sold in large quantities by suppliers and brand loyalty usually lasts, so there would be one or two of the suppliers still around. Take and end cap to the suppliers and see if they carry that brand.
