Q1. I have an old American Standard boiler with Bell & Gosset pump. (30+ yrs) all work great but I am removing a cast iron radiator that is 16" high x 7 tubes x 15 sections. I need to know the approximate btu output. The system seams to be circulating around 120-125 degree water throught the cast iron radiators and stops circulating around 105-110 degrees. Not sure what the GPM flow is

Q2. Are these setting appropriate and if not how do I change them. There is a stop setting that is easily changable but the max temp settings starts at 180 and go to 220. The best I can tell the boiler only getts to around 145 degrees then starts circulating return water back in and equalizes around 120-125.

Q3. I plan on replacing the above mentioned radiator with a hydronic kickspace heater. Any comments good or bad about doing this?
