I am building a room in the basement. The room is 22'x 20' x 7" high. What amount of btu's would I need to heat this room. I have baseboard hotwater in the house and i was thinking of putting a single raditator in. The ceiling has R30 and the walls were studded out and filled with R19. I was told that cubic feet = btu's but that doesn't sound right.
