IBR is on all boilers. It is the outfit that sets standards for them. Yours is capable of a certain output per IBR ratings. If you have an old coal conversion (lots of little iron doors) your brand may be buried in plastered on insulation. Age isn't as serious a concern as some think. You will gain a few percent in efficiency. I maintain a 1908 pancake type.
