A boiler with the same input as before and with a tankless coil of the same gpm rating as before will make about the same amount of hot water.

A boiler with an indirect boiler-fired water heater will make much hot water safer and more economically than the tankless boiler as the boiler does not have to produce domestic water in the tank over 130F to satisfy demand.
