The first step is to make sure the bldg, once insulated and tightened up will need a 500k Btu. It wouldn't shock me that you could heat it with one a third that size if you are redoing an older house. I'll try to e-mail a replacement survey later this morn. Access to the basement etc can add a lot to costs. Anyone would have to get inside to give even a rough price for something that big. Is that why you get no quotes?
