GAMA has efficiency tables on-line to compare. I'd be sure that a brand has established support in your area with good service. The Viessman probably has the latest controls built in. Most heating appliances are quite oversized to ensure that it will not have to be pulled out for insufficient heat. People don't notice it being less efficient and more worn by being large. What is the minimum outdoor temp there? How well is your bldg insulated. Air tight?
