I'm going to be removing some radiators and am having a hard time getting them off. Any tips other thgan a cheater bar on the pipe wrench? can I heat the joint for expansion like I do on rusted bolts? I would like to keep as much of the original system as possible, but i saw norm on this old house smash the cast iron couplings once, can I do that on a valve?
