I have a Burnham oil-fired hot water boiler that was installed new in '97. I slight water drip has been occuring the last week from underneath the boiler. It is not visible to see where the drip is coming from. I have to wipe up a small area of water (1'x1') once a day. It doesn't appear to have any other problems, plenty of hot water and heat. I tried contacting the contractor who installed it and I'm told he retired, with no one taking over his business. Any and all help welcomed.
