Boiler drain cocks are usually at the lowest part of the boiler casting. Their location is specific to the model that you have and you did not state that model, not that everyone will know where that specific location is on all models over 50 years.

You can find where the valves are generally in the drawings at

Each system is custom built for the building; they do not come prebuilt to the house. A plumber decides where to put valves based on preference, engineer recommendations and experience.
