Steam valve recommendation

I live in a condo with steam heat. One of the radiator steam valves was leaking, so I replaced all of them. The new ones I purchased at Home depot are marked "USAV-881". These are filling with water & I have to keep emptying them so they will work. The old ones (which I dumped) worked better. Any recommendations on a good name brand of valve?
