The system is more efficient if your circulator keeps running to take all the heat out of the boiler. The boiler doesn't need to be warm, your radiation does; why store it in the boiler? The boiler can make more later. The circulator will last longer too, mine hasn't stopped for ten years, and some have been known to last 35 years when not subjected to the stress of starting and stopping. Would you like to have air bubbles flushed to your air scoop continually over a long time instead of giving them time to collect and make a noise? Will the contacts that start the circulator wear out sooner if they spark as they open and close more often? Many benefits.
