Try to return your settings and valves etc to where they were before your last post. The boiler could come on at 180 and off at 190 for now. turn one thermostat to min and one to max and see how it goes playing with one at a time. The water flow should be balanced to the heat input if needed. You need enough flow to keep boiler from cycling off too soon and low enough to not chill the boiler and cause condensation on start-up. There is a rang that it will work ok in. In drastic situations a recirc loop is needed to keep a boiler hot enough.
