Sounds like bs to me. I am sure that the conversion is pricey and they are a very little outfit. I'd do a drive by of their company first (actually, I wouldn't even go that far). Your burner would not need to be changed for the amount of sulpher in oil. It is the cumulative effect of many bldgs and large central plants that encourage getting sulpher out.
