I don't recommend this unit for new construction unless you are willing to provide ample outside air for combustion via a pipe and damper in your utility room. I found out the hard way. I am going to take this one out and get a Weil McLain GV-Gold. If anyone is interested in my CG-G, email me at borg@cheqnet.com. It has been used for three months only.
