I would still check the operating pressure on your boiler. Your system will run the most efficient under 2psi. Also, I'm not sure what kind of thermostat you have installed, but you can also check your anticipator setting. Make sure that it matches the amp draw of your control circuit.This will cycle the boiler until the correct temperature setting is met.
