Although I have experience working with steam from firing and rebuilding a steam locomotive, I do not know much of anything on heating a home with steam.
I am interested in installing a steam heating system and also a steam turbine to provide backup electrical service. (10-12kW)
could someone recommend someone I could contact and some place I could procure a reasonably priced boiler and dynamo?
I would like to be able to fire the boiler on wood, and also have it automatically kick-in with CNG or propane when conditions require.
Can anyone advise my questions?
