Planks on stairs to slide down. two 2x6s or whatnot that stick into basmt door and boiler is on and will tip onto steps. long pry bars to lift sides and change planks. Brace stairs from underneath to hold the weight. Stay out of the way. Or pay a company with a power walking handtruck. If you are talking about through an outside door use a tree or vehicle for an anchor. Pull the coil wire so someone doesn't take it on tour. Be careful
