You say you have leaky radiators. Lower the pressure (see other post), fix all your leaks, clean or replace the air vents, open all your valves wide. Then come back with list of noises and any other problems. And keep an eye out for a different plumber. If your boiler is not leaking, a new one is not going fix anything.
