I assume you have hot water heat. Your expansion tank needs to be drained as it is water logged or you to replace your bladder type tank. If it leaks when the boiler gets hot and stops when it is cold, it is expanding out of the safety valve instead of the tank. If it is steady, you might have a bad makeup valve bleeding in too much water and pressure or a defective safety. Fix it right away as all that new water is rusting your boiler. And get a copy of a maintenance manual for it.
