I am a plumber. That dine I own an old house 15+ rooms. When I purchased the home we zoned the front and bac off using seperate heat mains and returns and operated them when needed by opening the gates I installed on the feed and returns. System has been running fine for many years but with kids gone etc we have moved out and are living in smaller house. As you can imagine it is difficult to sell this monster but I have finally got a firm offer contingent on installing electric zone valve ont he system. How can I do it so I won't have condensate problems. Boiler is a Peerless 5 sect cast with two, one to each zone, 2inch steam mains and 1.25 returns. Would appreciate any help
Andy
