Just don't mess with nuts that hold the air shutter setting, or score them to reset it. I am not familiar with the burner in question, but the only worry is that you get them back into the same place and alignment. You could try one and then replace to match the one next to it. Just watch those air settings and that the spud (orifice) lines up nice.
