Peeked at their minimal website. Being new and high end, I would guess that it has a proprietary circuit board. If it is all new, maybe just their network has test cards etc and are waiting your call. Try to find out if it is sold under other brands before and/or now. You can try to check operating parameters as temp, pressure and flow of water, flue gas and dhw. Check connections. Try to get an installation/maintenance manual, not just the owner's manual anywhere that will sell one to you.
