new boiler, what kind? is viessmann good, or get another

I have to get a new boiler for the house. I have an open, gravity system, used to be oil burning now gas.
I need to replace it as it needs too many repairs. I have been told to change to a closed system, no problem.
Which kind of boiler to get? I have two quotes, one for a Viessmann VBC-50 Vitola Biferral, the other for
a GG-200 Hped Slant Fin Boiler. The difference is $3000.00. Is a Viessmann worth the difference or should I
think of another?
