You would want a separate system. You might have a serious time with insurance and codes if you try to use the same flue for wood and anything else. The thinking is that your chimney's creosote could be hot from the gas/oil burner and then you go to light a wood fire and light off some light stuff and it floats up into the hot creosote. You'd get the same thing as people that throw waste paper etc into a hot woodstove. A new place to live if your chimney/bldg can't take the heat.
