I am looking for a domestic hot water system also to winterize a home in a major renovation. Also, there is no basement so unit needs to snugly fit in garage. Can anyone advice on their experience in installing tight-fitting units, including issues such as side versus top flue venting and distances required from outside walls and oil storage tank (which would be in same space).
