The symptoms you describe indicate that the flow in that loop is reduced. Something is causing the water to flow more slowly than before. It could be because the other zones are open all the time and a balancing valve has been moved, another valve on the return has been changed, the circulator is losing the ability to pump due to clogging, the seat on the zone valve is partially clogging the pathway, - in short anything that could resist the flow of water through the loop. You need someone who can find the cause.
