If you actually have "superinsulated walls and a small space with infrequent use" you might want to consider a small electric heater. It is clean, quick forced circulation, thermostatically control included. Why do you have a super-insulated wall between you and the boiler? You might want a removeable panel to let heat in. Convector units are available to fit in walls. Burnham.com has them for one. If you are handy enough to build a whole system though, you might want to look at what else you could be doing with a better payback, especially if it isn't your property to invest in.
