: I was wondering if anyone out there has had experience using VFDs from Delta (series S and B) and or AC Tech (series SCF). I'm looking at using more of these but don't have much information on them one way or another. I'm currently using GE drives (AF-300 series) and have so far had pretty good experience but I'm running into some supply problems and would like a viable alternative. Thanks!

Bryan,

I am a factory rep for AIM Controls, we brand label our own drive line called the Eric Drive. It is a high quality product based on the Yaskawa drive line; Other names you may be more familiar with include Saftronics, Magnetek, EMS, or Omron. I would be happy to send you information on our line of VFDs. Pricing is awesome and we currently stock up to 150HP drives on the shelf. Soon to be even higher.

If you would like, I would enjoy the opportunity to send you some information. Please feel free to contact me at:

We have had experience with AC Tech (we are a service center) but refuse to sell the drive. We have also looked into the Delta drives (another Yaskawa knock-off) but we bypass all the middlemen and import direct from Taiwan.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Danny
