Dearator will have steam pessure controller to maintain a outlet temperature on the dearator. The NPSH of the pump will depend on the liquid head, loss in the pipe and steam pressure acting on liquid.
Low suction pressure protection for the pump will never stay the same as the steam pressure will always changes. If it is true, which setting could be selected to protect pump.
