:Not knowing the design of your de-humidifier I am going to guess that there is a problem wit dirt on the coil,causing droplets to form and drop, misssing the condensate pan. The normal coil cleaners, in most cases, do not solve the problem. Use an electronic air cleaner solution which seems to remove the fin surface film better than the coil cleaners.
