It can certainly be done, and has been in many locations. However, a bigger pressure drop is usually needed to get a payback on the installation. Yours is about 2:1, you usually need 3:1 or 4:1. Watch your safety valve settings. If they lift at 150 PSIG, you won't be able to run there - it'll be more like a 140 PSIG inlet pressure. This will affect the output of your turbine.
