I have to test oil safety thermostats used in fryers in my place of work, but the oil cannot be used more than a couple of times because of the smoke factor and the breakdown of the oil. I am looking for something to inject steam directly onto the probes of the thermostats. I think steam directed onto it at 230 degrees Centigrade would be ideal, but I cannot find a machine that will get up to that degree of heat. Anybody out there know of a machine to get the required heat?
