Has anyone experienced lube oil piping problems on a GE steam turbine unit? We've had several cracks initate around bends. Upon first inspection, it looks like it could be poor welding by the manufacturer. Metallurgical tests should tell us more. Anyone with similiar problems or info please contact me peter.kwan@opg.com
