: I am looking for an expert on the maintenance of a steam boiler. We have a case where several people were injured and some killed by a boiler explosion. The Boiler manufacturer says they are not responsible as this was caused by the attached burner tilting and they say they do not maintain the burner. Please help. Thanks.
