Have any of you experienced severe tube leakage at the entrance to the second gass pass in 400 and 1000 horsepower Burnham firetube boilers, MAWP 150 psi.? The gas inlet end of the second pass is not seal welded but the tubes are beaded. These boilers are only one year old.
