I have checked for steam leaks.(none) The water in the site tube on column seems to fluctuate a lot. (not like boil off just lever rising and lowering...almost a small bounce effect) It makes the pump's mercury switches go off often and even occasionally trips the LWCO alarm and shuts control circuit. Check your TDS level, High levels can create a bouncing water condition. There are other possibilities but this is the most common and easy to check.
