check out www.powerengineers.com it's the web site for the national association of power engineers. They publish a magazine called national engineer. It's for stationary engineers. You would have to join NAPE to subscribe and they have chapters all over the us and they also have a membership for those who do not have a chapter near them. Hope that helps.
