I have a Kewanee boiler 3.5ft x 6.5ft 7ft Tall. The tag says KEWANEE

I fire it with wood. No presure. I built the exchanger box on the back with a 8 inch flue on top. Is this to small. I can not get enough draft to pull the smoke out. The stack is approx 25 feet tall. I would like to heat my home (2000sqft)and shop (4000sqft).Is there some kind of draft inducer I can use. Please HELP HELP.
