:If you are boiling out a new boiler or a used boiler that has benn setting for a while all you really need is Tide. 96 oz. liquid tide in your boiler. Fire and heat until 40-50 psi blowdown intermittently until pressure is 20 psi. Cool, drain and flush. Fill and operate. Ensure your chemical man has a program set up for your boiler. All a boil out needs to do is remove oil, rust, millings. Most all the rest can be removed during operation with cooperation from your chem. man and regular blowdown.
