I have a vaillant combi boiler.
When the heating is on and fired up heating the water for the radiators, when I turn the tap on, I have running hot water.
If the boiler is not fired up heating the water for the radiators it isn't firing up to heat the water when I turn the tap on.
If I turn the boiler to tap only, it isn't firing up to heat the water for the tap as it should.
I live in a hard water area and the boiler is only about 5 years old.
