I agree never go back to 8 hour shifts now that I do 12's. there is also a rotation that is even better than the "Dupont" schedule it is a 2 on 2 off 3 on 3 off with a 1 month rotation from days to nights it is awesome. email me if you want more info jeffreycraigie@hotmail.com
