For a supposedly Turn-Key product, Vapor has let us down in the extreme. Our parts we order are comming with chatter marks and even a new circ pump shaft was bent, Vapor said I stored it wrong.
Vapor couldn't even commision one of their own boilers, after a year they gave up wouldn't come in. An outside contracter got it going for us.
As for Dean pump parts, I am getting them copied at a machine shop (local) and am getting better results.
