Dampers and access doors where? If you mean like forced draft fan inlet dampers or furnace outlet dampers / draft controls, then in general NFPA 85 covers safety interlocks, purge requirements, and the like (BMS) and combustion control requirements, and not the physical construction of the dampers themselves. For access doors, if you mean manways or hand holes in drums, then no, and if you mean breeching inspection/clean out ports, that gets a no also. At least in my opinion. . .
