Owens Corning Pipe & Tank Insulation, or equal. Fiberglass, segmented, all-service jacket (ASJ), thickness to suit local Code, insurance, or economic payback criteria requirements. You could also do AL or SS jacketing depending on your requirements. This is pretty routine. Just be sure your gage glasses and instrument wells extend far enough, and use removable "jackets" at manholes, etc.
