The test changed and was unavailable for a while. It became available recently through a company called Pearson Vue. I talked to ICC and they said there is no class that they know of since the change. They only list the 9 text books the test was made from. But these are large text books. I studied hard from as many of the books that I could afford/locate and failed. I am desperately looking for a class to pass the Class "A" Engineer License exam for Pennsylvania/Philadelphia.
