This is basic information that you should be able to get from the boiler supplier/manufacturer. I'd just pick up the phone and call the Rep. Usually, templates with this information are also used as aides in selecting a boiler, to ensure that space and clearance constraints are satisfied, sootblower lance clearances met, rigging points allowed for in the structrual design, and preliminary equipment arrangements, ducts,and piping laid-out to allow budget refinements. Also, if in the U.S., a tremendous amount of permitting effort is required before a P.O. can be issued to buy a unit. Usually, the manufacturers WANT to help. It's their stuff, and their sale.
