A Johnston 4 pass boiler efficiency would be approximately 84%

: We are thinking about replacing a fire tube steam boiler installed in 1954, Johnston model 100-3, 100 HP, 3350 MBH output, 3 pass, gas fired, operating at 2-7 psi steam pressure. Any ideal on what the efficiency would be? The specification sheet does not list BTUH input, only output. We would like to estimate what kind of energy savings we could expect. Thanks
